review the parts drawing, specification and lesson learn according to gd&t, and find out the risk at the beginning of new program.
根據gd&t的要求，回顧新項目的零部件圖紙、技術規范以及之前項目的經驗教訓，分析新項目的風險點；
do the potential supplier audit and finish the psa report.
按流程進行潛在供應商的評審，并完成潛在供應商評審報告；
finish supplier apqp timing plan according to the time line which from customer.
根據客戶的項目時間計劃表，制定新項目的供應商apqp時間計劃；
guide supplier to do the process control files and work instructions. for example: fc,fmea,cp and wi.
指導供應商完成新項目的過程文件和指導書，例如：流程圖、fmea、控制計劃和操作檢驗指導書；
confirm the ots samples quality status and analysis the data. then give the improve advice to internal.
根據apqp計劃，進行ots樣件的質量狀態確認，并收集數據進行分析，為廠內提出改進建議；
do the ppap audit and sign psw according to the ppap requirement.
根據ppap要求，完成零件的ppap審核以及psw的簽署；
generate all 8d as necessary,
在必要時，整理所有的8d報告；
deal with the daily quality issue of in-coming parts.
負責量產零件的日常質量問題處理；
take responsible for supplier weekly and yearly audit. cooperate with supplier for improvement according to the audit result.
負責供應商月度、年度績效評分以及過程審核，并能通過審核結果，給供應商提出需要提升的環節和方法；
coordinate between supplier and cosma internal to solve the communication issue.
協調處理供應商和公司內部相關部門之間溝通不暢的問題；
finish some jobs which asked by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。
qualifications 任職要求
bachelor degree or above major, machinery manufacturing or mechatronics related major.
本科以上學歷，機械制造或機電一體化專業
minimum 5 years in supplier quality management of automobile field.
至少2年以上從事汽車制造業的供應商管理工作經驗
experiences with metal material, stamping and welding process.
有較豐富的金屬材料學、沖壓和焊接工藝等經驗
familiar with supplier quality management and process in automobile field.
熟悉汽車行業供應商質量管理的流程及方法
familiar with iso/ts 16949.
熟悉iso/ts16949質量體系
knowledge of apqp, ppap, fmea, control plan, msa, spc and gd&t should be needed.
具備apqp，ppap，fmea，控制計劃，msa，spc和gd&t的知識
good oral & written english skills
良好的英文口語及讀寫能力
