職責描述：
1.負責熱工車間日常生產運營管理，負責車間生產、質量、安全及設備的管理，確保各項指標的完成；
responsibile for the fundry workshop daily production and operation management, such as productin、quality、safety and equipment management, ensure the completion of various indicators.
2.負責熱工車間安全環保管理，負責車間的人身、設備安全，確保安全文明生產;
responsibile for the fundry workshop safety and enviroment management, such as the safety of employees and equipments, ensure the safety and civilized production.
3.負責熱工車間人員管理，擬定熱工車間人員預算表，如員工績效考評，員工技能提升、部門級及崗位級培訓等；
responsibile for the fundry workshop employees management, formulate the workshop human resource budget form, such as employee performance appraisal、employee skills improvement、the department and position training,etc.
4.加強對熱工車間各班組的生產管理、監督與檢查，落實工序的生產進度和計劃完成情況；
strengthen for the production management and inspection of each fundry workshop team, ensure the production schedule and plan completion status of process.
5.改進生產作業的方法，研究提高生產效率的對策；
improve the produciton methods and study the measures for improving production efficiency.
6.負責生產質量管理及異常的預防、糾正、改進；
responsibile for the production quality management and abnormal prevention、correction and improvement.
7.負責熱工車間生產成本管控，做好成本核算分析；
responsibile for the control of production cost in fundry workshipop and do the cost accounting analysis.
8.建立車間、班組責任制，按月考核，調動員工工作積極性；
establish the responsibility system for workshop and each team, do the appraisal monthly, and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.
任職要求：
1.本科及以上學歷，機械相關類專業；
bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.
2.大型制造業企業生產經理/主管，車間經理/主管5年及以上工作經驗，有汽車行業工作經驗者佳；
large-scale manufacturing enterprise production manager/ supervisor, have experience of workshop manager/ supervisor more than 5 years, have experience of automotive idustry best.
3.英語聽說讀寫良好；
good at english best.
4.熟悉iatf16949等行業體系要求，及其他質量相關體系要求；
know the industry system requirements especially iatf16949 system and other quality related system requirements.
5.為人正直、良好的溝通協調能力及團隊協調能力；
integrity, and have a good communication 、team coordination skills
