10. push computation manage system 推行計量管理體系
11. decide about serial releases in above mentioned labs 對上述相關實驗室的實驗能力認可
12. responsible for improving teammember capability，organize sufficient and adequate training for staff in all above mentioned labs 帶領小組人員能力提升,有組織有針對地進行培訓
13. takes active part in improvement & corrective actions 積極參與糾正性措施和整改措施

qualification: 任職資格
1.at least 3 years or 5 years work experience in gauge management.
從事計量管理3年-5年工作經驗
2.bachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.
大學本科學歷，工程機械類相關專業
3.qualification certificate
計量資格等級證書
4.knowledge in apqp, ppap, ts16949, control plans, pfmea and customer requirements
熟悉apqp, ppap, 體系16949, 控制計劃, pfmea和客戶需求
5.knowledge of laboratories equipment,the measurement of the equipment
掌握實驗室設備的相關知識，以及設備的測量操作方法
6.be famiar gage management,laboratories management,this experiences
熟悉計量檢具的管理，msa和實驗室的管理，有相關工作經驗
