? determine attributive and variable process parameters to effectively control the manufacturing processes

? monitior internal and external quality data and support failure root cause analysis, development and implementation of actions to resolve quality shortfalls 監控內外部質量數據，支持質量缺陷的根本原因分析，制定改善措施解決質量缺陷。

industrial engineering 工業工程
? determines cycle times for the assigned area by applying industrial engineering methods 運用工業工程方法制定各自領域內的產品節拍。
? planning and implementation of technical changes on existing equipment 對現有設備實施技術改進
? develop specifications for machines, fixtures, tools and gauges to accomodate new or revised processes
為新工藝或改進工藝制定相關機器，工裝，模具和檢具的技術參數，
? supervise and manage the procurement, installation and commissioning of new or revised equipment
監督和管理新設備或改進設備的采購，安裝和調試。
? support collecting, consolidating and publishing key performance indicators for the assigned area
協助收集、整合和公布各自領域內的關鍵績效指標
qualifications: 任職要求
5years experience in assembly process, working in machining industry is preferred.
5年以上裝配工藝工作經驗，機加工行業優先考慮。
can use the cognex visual system is preferred.
會運用cognex 視覺系統者優先考慮；
can use the msa/spc/pfmea/cp/apqp/ppap quality tools.
會使用msa/spc/pfmea/cp/apqp/ppap 等質量工具；
good english listening, speaking, reading and writingabilities.
良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；
