Responsibilities：
? Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.
? Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation.
? Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly.
? Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production).
? Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.
? Process continuous improvement and cost saving.
? Operator training and technician training.
? Document related work.
? Secure process ramping up smoothly and efficiency been improved for all new process detach.
