Tasks：
1.Define and implement measurements to ensure and improve product quality
2.Assess potential impacts/risks in case of product deviations.
3.Ensure compliance with procedures throughout the production process
4.Actively participate or drive project for continuous quality improvement;
5.Conduct internal audits;
6.Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling to improve quality level
7.Assure correct use of inspection methods (in particular SPC)
8.Provide and update quality related to documentation (CP, FMEA…)
9.Execute/join qualification process of new equipment/processes/base materials/tools
10.Actively participate or drive project for continuous quality improvement.
11.Training of new employees
12.Support new technology development and new product introduction

Responsibilities：
1.Degree from university or higher technical college
2.Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc.
3.Knowledge of project management
4.Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000,QS 9000, ...)
Type and length of experience required for the position:
5.Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
6.PCB or electronic industry related experience preferred (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage)
7.Experience with manufacturing excellence system development is preferred;
