1.質量管理體系的搭建與維護,確保質量管理體系各層級文件的有效性，符合性。
年度文件評審（包括手冊、程序文件、作業指導書等）
識別客戶特殊要求，推動內部改善
Build and maintain the quality management system,ensure the validity and compliance of documents at all levels of the quality management system.
Annual document review (including manuals, program documents, work instructions, etc.)
Identify CSR and promote internal improvements.
2.負責內外部審核管理，維護內部審核員資質，策劃內外部審核活動的開展，跟蹤審核問題點。
Responsible for internal and external audit management, maintaining internal auditor qualifications, planning internal and external audit activities, and tracking audit findings.
3.質量文化的建設及維護，質量活動的策劃開展，實施。
Construction and maintenance of quality culture, planning and implementation of quality activities.
4.負責管理內部持續改進項目，推進與達成的跟蹤。
Responsible for managing internal continuous improvement programs, promotion and tracking of achievement.
5.負責部門行政工作。
Responsible for the administration of the department.
6.Other jobs assigned by supervisor.
領導交待的其它工作。
任職要求：
1.學士或以上學位。Bachelor and above, prefer major in material and mechanism.
2.3年以上質量管理體系工作經驗。
3 years of experience working with quality management systems.
3.有質量管理體系相關證書或參與過此類培訓，如IATF16949 ；ISO9001；VDA6.3。
Certificates or training in quality management systems, e.g. IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3.
4.有項目改善推動能力，了解問題解決工具。
Demonstrated ability to drive project improvements and understanding of problem solving tools.
5.良好的英語讀寫能力。Good in both oral and written English.
6.有良好的溝通能力，協調能力，團隊協作能力。Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
