This function ensures materials supply to SMVS GIS production line and control the inventory in reasonable level.
Take the overall responsibility of material planning, control the milestones during purchase order execution, coordinate the relative resources internally and externally and ensure customers' orders could be produced and delivered according to the schedule.
1. Handling daily material planning to meet production scheduling and delivery requirements.
2. Close communication with OE and PM, manage demand planning, forecast planning, and check purchase orders status especially for order related parts.
3. Manage and control inventory level through balancing production requirements and suppliers' capability
4. Quality of material master data maintenance, ensure MRP parameter run correctly
5. Material change management, well manage material phase in and phase out
6. Analysis root cause for idle stock and take follow-up actions to maximum utilize inventory
7. Identify opportunities with sourcing teams to improve supplier delivery capability and reliability
8. Use ABC/RUS indicator to optimize logistics(sourcing) strategies and improve inventory turns
9. Other tasks assigned by MRP manager.
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degrees
2. Working experience in material planning field more than 2 years
3. ERP user experience and SAP preferred
4. Good skilled in office software
5. Business execution and good leadership ability
6. Fluent in oral and written English
7. Good responsibility, initiative, teamwork
