職位描述:
負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行估算及有效報(bào)價(jià)，并對(duì)報(bào)價(jià)客戶進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)溝通，促進(jìn)成單。
負(fù)責(zé)處理客戶訂單并輸入SAP 系統(tǒng)。
針對(duì)已經(jīng)成單的客戶，通過電話、網(wǎng)絡(luò)回訪等方式，完成客戶業(yè)務(wù)回顧并將數(shù)據(jù)錄入系統(tǒng)。
定期完成業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告
協(xié)助處理合同及報(bào)價(jià)類相關(guān)文件的編輯、制作等工作。
協(xié)助分配系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)，視情況將銷售機(jī)會(huì)重新分配給其他合適的銷售。
協(xié)助完成客戶門戶平臺(tái)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的錄入工作。

技能要求:
擁有本科學(xué)歷，電氣工程或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
具備 3 年以上工業(yè)相關(guān)設(shè)備銷售、服務(wù)銷售或運(yùn)營(yíng)支持方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
有報(bào)價(jià)/訂單管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
熟悉起重機(jī)行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)者優(yōu)先。
具備良好的影響力技巧，能夠說服客戶并達(dá)成交易。
具備出色的溝通與談判能力。
具備良好的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力。

Job Description:
Responsible for Estimating, completion of system operative quotes and customer follow-up.
Responsible for Processing the PO received and logging it to SAP.
Responsible for service review via phone call or TEAMS App, for closed Service Request.
Complete the sales’ report and submitting data periodically.
Assist processing documentations and relevant paper works.
Assist assigning system data, configure sales opportunities to Service Sales depending on different requests.
Assist with Customer portal/platform registering and relevant info logging.

Skills Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, service sales, or operational support.
Experience in quote/order management preferred.
Familiarity with the crane industry business preferred.
Strong influencing skills to persuade customers and close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
