崗位職責：
1. Daily assist to plant manager in daily operation.
協助工廠經理的日常工作，安排工作日程。
2. Summarize and make all kinds of company-level report on time with high quality.
負責按時保質保量完成各類公司級報告。
3. Make plan for company-level meetings, prepare and organize the meetings. Take meeting minutes and follow up action points of the meeting. Coordinate with other meetings.
編制公司級會議計劃，籌備、組織和安排會議，負責會議記錄和跟蹤會議行動計劃；以及各類會議的會議招待。
4. Provide translation and interpretation for the whole plant to ensure smooth and accurate communication between Chinese and English.
負責公司文件資料的翻譯，以及中、外雙方語言交流的翻譯工作，確保信息交流的準確、及時傳遞。
5. Implement internal control work under the companys’ poliy and conduct internal audit.負責按照公司要求推進內控管理工作并開展內部審核。
6. Manage and maintain company visitors' schedules, invitations, accommodation, transportation and reception and offer basic support if needed .
負責公司來訪人員的邀請、食宿及日常安排、接待及提供必要的支持；
7. 文化宣傳工作。負責KSCQ公眾號運營。
Cultural promotion work. Responsible for the company's internal publications.
8. Be responsible for colleagues business trip arrangement including tickets,hotels, ect
負責公司出差人員的機票、食宿邀請函、簽證等相關工作安排。
9. Be responsible for the company licence audit and document change.
負責公司級證照年審、變更相關事宜。
10. Be responsible for assisting in Party/labor union acitivties.
負責輔助公司黨支部/工會活動。
崗位要求：
Bachelor degree or above. Fluent English
大學本科學歷，英語流利
Usually at least 3 years experience providing support at a high level.
3年以上高管助理經驗。
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
豐富的計算機技能，熟練操作相關軟件，比如MS辦公軟件。
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
熟悉辦公室標準流程。
