Mission
Your mission is to conduct the sales of traditional products and service products mainly through telemarketing. At the same time, cooperate with field sales and jointly develop key accounts to maximize customer output.
您的任務(wù)是通過電話銷售為主的方式,完成貿(mào)易型產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的銷售。同時(shí)配合現(xiàn)場銷售,對重點(diǎn)客戶進(jìn)行協(xié)同開發(fā),***化客戶產(chǎn)出。
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Conduct the sales of traditional products and service products through telemarketing, enhancing communication efficiency.
61 Create, track and close business opportunities that can be handled remotely.
61 Prepare quotation materials based on customer needs, closely track quotations and communicate with customers to shorten the customer order confirmation cycle and increase the order confirmation rate.
61 Actively communicate and coordinate with field sales team and other relevant teams to ensure the completion of orders.
61 Promote the implementation of the online order platform to distributors and handle special orders.
61 Work in coordination with field sales to develop collaborative development plans for direct sales customers, maximizing customer output. Handle daily orders from framework agreement customers and direct sales major customers.
61 Actively develop new customers. Through new industry expansion, dormant customer awakening methods, develop new potential customers.
61 Follow up on business needs with the company's 400 hotline and identify or convert business opportunities.
61 Effectively communicate with customers over the phone, accurately identify target customers and efficiently reach out, explore customer needs, facilitate customer appointment meetings, facilitate business cooperation, and achieve performance targets.
61 Communicate regularly with cooperative customers and potential customers to establish good long-term cooperative relationships.
61 Regularly edit, modify, and maintain telephone communication scripts, optimize telemarketing processes.
61 Collect market trends, including competitor information, and provide suggestions for the marketing and sales activities.
61 Other tasks assigned by the manager.

61 創(chuàng)建,跟蹤和關(guān)閉可以遠(yuǎn)程處理的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會。
61 根據(jù)客戶需求準(zhǔn)備報(bào)價(jià)材料,密切跟蹤報(bào)價(jià)并與客戶溝通,縮短客戶確認(rèn)訂單周期,提高訂單確認(rèn)率。
61 積極與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)等相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)調(diào)以確保訂單的完成。
61 推動在線下單平臺在經(jīng)銷商處的落地,處理經(jīng)銷商的特價(jià)訂單。
61 配合現(xiàn)場銷售,對直銷客戶形成協(xié)同開發(fā)方案,***化客戶產(chǎn)出。處理來自框架協(xié)議客戶和直銷大客戶的日常訂單。
61 積極拓展新客戶。通過新行業(yè)拓展,沉睡客戶喚醒等方式,開發(fā)新的潛力客戶。
61 配合公司400熱線跟進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)需求,并發(fā)現(xiàn)或轉(zhuǎn)化業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會。
61 通過電話與客戶進(jìn)行有效溝通,精準(zhǔn)識別目標(biāo)客戶并高效觸達(dá),挖掘客戶需求,推動客戶預(yù)約會面,促成業(yè)務(wù)合作,達(dá)成業(yè)績目標(biāo)。

61 定期編輯、修改、維護(hù)電話溝通話術(shù),優(yōu)化電銷流程。
