職位描述：
80作為核心團隊成員，協(xié)同內(nèi)部及供應(yīng)商設(shè)計團隊，主導(dǎo)并按時交付LED消費燈具、智能燈具及LED 產(chǎn)品（集成傳感、音頻、健康等附加功能的LED照明產(chǎn)品）項目。
80As a core team member, collaborate with internal and supplier design teams to lead and deliver LED consumer fixtures, smart fixtures, and LED products (LED lighting with added functions like sensing, audio, wellness, etc.) on schedule.
80負責(zé)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)全流程工作，包括產(chǎn)品工業(yè)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與建模，以及電氣、機械與光學(xué)設(shè)計。
80Responsible for end-to-end product development, including industrial design, system design and modeling, as well as electrical, mechanical, and optical design.
80主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品從概念設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品驗證、認(rèn)證、技術(shù)評審到里程碑節(jié)點直至量產(chǎn)的完整開發(fā)流程。
80Lead the entire product development process, from concept design, product validation, certification, and technical/milestone reviews through to mass production.

80Skilled in translating market demands into technical requirements, proficient in product benchmarking and value chain analysis, with a mindset for innovation and new product definition.
80熟悉六西格瑪設(shè)計（DFSS）及可靠性設(shè)計（DFR）工具者優(yōu)先。
80Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Design for Reliability (DFR) tools is a plus.
80協(xié)同商務(wù)團隊對接客戶需求，與質(zhì)量、制造及采購團隊協(xié)作推進產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
80Work with the commercial team to address customer needs and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Sourcing Teams on product development.

80工程類本科及以上學(xué)歷或同等經(jīng)驗，電子、機械或計算機科學(xué)專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先。
80BS or higher in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science.
80英語口語及書面表達流利。
80Fluent in both spoken and written English.
80具備消費電子行業(yè)經(jīng)驗，有照明相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者更佳。
80Experience in consumer electronics industry; lighting-related experience is highly preferred.
80具備團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，能在全球化、多元文化及跨學(xué)科環(huán)境中高效工作。
80Demonstrated team leadership skills with ability to work effectively in global, multicultural and cross-disciplinary environments.
