崗位職責(zé) Job Description:
1.負(fù)責(zé)冰箱品類以及冰箱抖音直播賬號在抖音平臺的發(fā)展,制定清晰的發(fā)展和提升策略,管理和平臺的關(guān)系和主導(dǎo)抖音平臺的相關(guān)商業(yè)條款 / Lead Douyin Cooling category and matrix accounts development on Douyin, build clear development and improvement strategy for Douyin Cooling, manage the relationship with Douyin and Douyin partners including the commercial terms.
2.制定抖音冰箱品類年度/季度/月度/周度生意計劃 (銷售基礎(chǔ)提升),并充分與合作伙伴溝通和高效執(zhí)行 / Lead annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly cooling business plan and building blocks design, and make sure communicate with partners sufficiently and ensure execution excellence.
3.主導(dǎo)抖音平臺直播間營銷計劃,直播間玩法和促銷活動設(shè)計,并充分置換平臺資源并確保所有直播間的高效執(zhí)行 / Lead the marketing plan, live streaming games and promotion design Douyin, fully leverage platform resource and big data to get disproportionately support from platforms, and make sure the excellent implementation.
4.優(yōu)化和管理整個運營流程,并與營銷、物流、BU等部門協(xié)調(diào),實現(xiàn)高效運營 / Optimize and manage the entire operation process and coordinate with Marketing, Logistic, BU etc. to deliver operation excellence.
5.主導(dǎo)和***化抖音平臺的內(nèi)容,并不斷優(yōu)化內(nèi)容運營***化流量 / Lead and maximize the e-contents, continually optimizing the operation of e-content and maximize the traffic.
6.管理DP(矩陣號)、進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析、用戶體驗優(yōu)化,提升消費者體驗 / Manage DP (Douyin Partners) and live accounts, on site analysis, and user experience optimization to improve customer online shopping experience.
7.制定達(dá)人直播及運營策略,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊完成達(dá)人直播目標(biāo) / Deliver KOL live streaming strategy to achieve KOL live streaming GMV target.
專業(yè)資質(zhì)要求 Professional Requirements :
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子商務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先 / Bachelor degree or above, major in E-commerce is preferred.
2.至少3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,必須具備抖音平臺運營經(jīng)驗 / At least 3 years relevant experience in China ecommerce, must have experience on Douyin platforms.
3.熟悉平臺活動和規(guī)則,熟悉抖音平臺店鋪運營策略、直播及營銷玩法 / Familiar with platform activities and rules, familiar with Douyin platform store operation strategy, live streaming operation and emkt etc.
4.擅長數(shù)據(jù)分析,包括日常產(chǎn)品運營分析,流量及轉(zhuǎn)化分析,營銷策略等 / Good at data analysis, e.g. product analysis, traffic and conversion analysis, eMedia strategy etc.
5.擅長管理DP和矩陣號直播團(tuán)隊,具有團(tuán)隊管理能力 / Good at DP and live management, have team management capability.
6.良好的溝通表達(dá)能力,有責(zé)任心,思維活躍,有較好的邏輯性以及團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力 / Have good communication skills, sense of responsibility, active thinking, good logic and teamwork skills.
7.具有較強的抗壓能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力 / Strong ability to work under pressure and learn well.
