客運(yùn)銷售主管負(fù)責(zé)推動(dòng)客運(yùn)銷售,管理客戶關(guān)系,并支持航空公司商業(yè)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)。需識(shí)別新業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì),執(zhí)行銷售策略,確保客戶滿意度。理想候選人需深刻理解航空業(yè),具備優(yōu)秀溝通能力,適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作。
核心職責(zé):
1.銷售策略執(zhí)行:與銷售經(jīng)理協(xié)作,落實(shí)銷售策略以實(shí)現(xiàn)收入目標(biāo)
2.業(yè)務(wù)拓展:開發(fā)企事業(yè)單位、旅行社及行業(yè)關(guān)鍵客戶的新業(yè)務(wù)
3.市場(chǎng)情報(bào):監(jiān)測(cè)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)、競(jìng)對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)及客戶需求,定期提交分析報(bào)告
4.談判與提案管理:制定客戶定制化方案,通過談判爭(zhēng)取最優(yōu)合作條款
5.客戶展示:向潛在/現(xiàn)有客戶進(jìn)行專業(yè)演示,突出航空服務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力
6.銷售規(guī)劃與監(jiān)控:制定銷售計(jì)劃并監(jiān)督團(tuán)隊(duì)執(zhí)行,確保績(jī)效達(dá)標(biāo)
任職要求:
1. 教育背景:商業(yè)/市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷/航空管理本科及以上
2. 行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn):5-6年航空業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)先銷售/業(yè)務(wù)拓展/客戶管理領(lǐng)域
3. 語言能力:精通英文及中文(普通話)書面與口語溝通
4. 客戶關(guān)系管理:具備卓越的人際交往與談判能力,擅長(zhǎng)建立長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系
5.結(jié)果導(dǎo)向與自我激勵(lì):積極主動(dòng)、目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向,能獨(dú)立工作并推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作
6.多任務(wù)處理與抗壓能力:高效管理多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,適應(yīng)緊湊截止日期,壓力下保持績(jī)效
